ingredients. Each wedding cake is baked fresh for the wedding at which it will be used.
If your favorite flavor is not here and you can supply a recipe, we can bake it.

Base prices are for cake with plain frosting (no decorations except simple, piped borders). Excessive amounts of flowers and/or more costly flowers and/or decorations may increase the price. Fondant cakes are base cakes (cake and frosting) with a covering of fondant; therefore, fondant covering adds $1.00 to the base price for plain fondant and $1.50 to the base price for flavored fondants (white chocolate, raspberry, chocolate).
Our frostings are:
Cream Cheese Frosting--made with Philadelphia Cream Cheese, margarine and/or butter, confectioner's sugar, and flavored with pure vanilla extract.
Buttercream Frosting--must be made with Crisco to obtain pure white frosting. May be made with margarine or butter, if pure white color is not required.
Chocolate Buttercream Frosting--made with Hershey's Cocoa, confectioner's sugar, margarine or butter, milk, and flavored with pure vanilla extract.
Coconut Pecan Frosting--made with Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk, sugar, margarine or butter, egg yolks, coconut, pecans, and flavored with pure vanilla extract.
